The duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:
• Review Products Quality at site and ensure compliance with specifications and collaborate with civil partners to maintain the quality of materials;
• Interface customer & partners on-site, Approve and sign the product handovers;
• Consalidate for QA/QC documents of the material including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations;
• Monitor & approve any rework or change on-site;
• Analyse all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance;
• Perform Random Audits, and ensure the planned procedures are well followed;
• Ensure that lesson learn process and inspection processes are implemented as well as product quality standards are maintained to their highest level.
Your Tasks:
• Support the day-to-day project activities for the Project Quality team. Develop and perform the project quality management system and ensure the civil contractor comply with ICDs, DCIMs, for wayside pre-casting and post casting for guide way beam;
• Support the quality organisation & record the MoM, inspection reports, follow-up the open actions, NCRs , lesson learn, handover processes comply with inspection test plan;
• Ensure and comply with bombardier procedures and system is implemented like EHS, quality.
