1- Revise and study the design and specs of the new projects with the Site Technical Office to check if there are any conflicts that need to be fixed.
2- Create an action plan for the upcoming project in order to revised and approved by the Team leader.
3- Communicate with the Mechanical Team Leader to determine the manpower needed for the new project and start the hiring process.
4-Coordinate with the sub-contractors in order to make sure that the mechanical activities are going on according to schedule and specs.
5- Coordinate with the Technical Office in case there is any issue in the approved shop drawings to match the real conditions in the site.
6- Prepare the tools and materials needed and check their availability with the Warehouse team.
7- Coordinate with the Technical office in order to create an MSR (Material Supply Requisition) to be sent to the Purchasing Department.
8- Follow up with the Purchasing Department the delivery of materials and tools on time.
9- Follow up the mechanical activities performed in the site by the team members on a daily basis to monitor the progress of the team and resolve any issues when needed.
10- Prepare a progress report of the mechanical activities performed on site in order to be presented to the consultant.
11- Hand over each project phase according to the specs to the consultant in order to be approved.
12- Lead and coach the team members and provide them with the needed support to ensure high levels of performance.
