Responsibilities:
Design and develop MEP systems in accordance with industry standards.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure the efficiency of installed systems.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure project completion within specified timelines.
Prepare technical reports and present them to management.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP systems during the construction phase.
Provide technical support to contractors and suppliers.
Monitor budgets and costs associated with MEP systems.
Train and guide new team members.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Update technical documentation and specifications regularly.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Excellent organizational and management skills.
Focus on efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
Deep knowledge of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Skills in designing electrical systems.
Comprehensive understanding of plumbing and drainage systems.
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
Ability to manage projects and coordinate between different teams.
Effective communication skills with all stakeholders.
