Roles & Responsibilities:
Review and ensure tender documents that they are identical.
Prepare, Review all the required “take-off” sheet & revised bill of quantities” BOQs”.
Prepare breakdown of all MEP items.
Prepare and submit Items step breakdown for consultant / client’s approval.
Track& Review all changes to the design and construction work and adjust all the required quantities accordingly.
Measure & Check the work done on site.
Prepare, Review and check the client invoices before submission.
Prepare, Review and approve the subcontractor invoices before submission.
Prepare, Review and check all of the tack-off of all BOQ Items before submission.
Prepare, Review and check tack-off material.
Prepare, Review and check quantities of claims or any variation orders.
Prepare the variation orders.
Prepare the reports and presentation (internal / external).
Prepare the escalation formula invoice (if required).
Track client invoice, variations and claims.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Very good knowledge in the Client and sub-contractor’s invoices.
Good knowledge in the variations and claims.
Good knowledge in Item’s Breakdown.
Good knowledge in design & shop drawing works.
Good knowledge in site work (installation in site).
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
