1. Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for embedded systems.
2. Create schematics, layout PCBs, and oversee the fabrication of prototypes.

5. Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate design alternatives to meet project requirements.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for electronics design.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in electronics hardware design.
9. Assemble and solder electronic components onto PCBs according to engineering drawings and specifications.
10. Perform prototype builds and rework as necessary to correct assembly errors or defects.
11. Test assembled PCBs using basic electronic testing and measurement equipment.
12. Collaborate with hardware engineers and PCB designers to ensure successful prototyping and assembly.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.
14. Assist in inventory management and procurement of electronic components.
15. Document assembly processes and provide feedback for process improvement.
16. Stay updated with soldering techniques and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Must have at least five (5) years of similar experience.
Proficiency in CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout design (e.g., Altium Designer).
Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
Experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems design.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Altium Designer software for schematic capture and PCB layout design.
Strong understanding of PCB fabrication processes and manufacturing constraints.
Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB design.
Attention to detail and accuracy in PCB layout work.
Collaboration skills to work closely with other team members.
Proficiency in soldering techniques, including surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components.
Experienced in PCB assembly and rework.
Knowledgeable in electronic components and their handling procedures.
Familiarity with basic electronic testing and measurement equipment.
Attention to detail and quality in assembly work.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
