Assess and determine the structural and functional requirements of a housing project.
Estimate material and labor costs based on project specifications.
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure that work is carried out according to set standards and timelines.
Monitor the quality of materials being used.
Regularly inspect housing units and complexes to determine maintenance needs.
Ensure that all construction and maintenance activities adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders about the progress and any challenges encountered.
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or related experience.
+8 years’ experience construction & maintenance of buildings.
Leadership skills.
English language is required
