Roles & Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
Evaluate and monitor productivity rates for each trade of work.
Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule.
Supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site Manager in order to tack necessary actions.
Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material & manpower.
Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.
Organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Prepare daily progress reports to senior site engineer.
Implement shop drawings on site.
Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.
Contact with survey department in order to assure the levelling and location processes.
Acquire samples of materials for the required tests.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree of Engineering (Civil, Arch, Mechanical or Electrical).
0 - 5 years of experience.
V.Good/Good English (written and spoken).
AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
