Job Description
- Understand the Road Operation and Management Department scope task and target.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for executing operations and maintenance of road networks in coordination with the Management Consultants (MC)/ contractors.
- Plan and program road repair works on the networks
- Monitor stakeholders work schedules, set priorities and ensure the appropriate assignment of equipment, materials, and personnel.
- Administer, prioritize and oversee major repairs on the road network, oversee assignment maintenance crews to repair networks.
- Ability to undertake supervisory and inspection ( for contract compliance) tasks as assigned by Lead Engineers
-Work proactively with the RMD and design consultants to resolve any design related issues.
- Prioritize projects and assign work to outsourced maintenance crews to repair road networks, taking into consideration criticality of work to be executed.
