Responsibilities
Plan, design, and review civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, drainage, and utilities.
Prepare technical reports, design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders throughout all phases.
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Conduct site surveys, soil investigations, and feasibility studies.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and control budgets.
Review and approve engineering drawings and construction plans.
Identify and resolve structural and construction issues during and after project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in civil or structural engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
Solid understanding of structural analysis, hydrology, and geotechnical principles.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
