- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of work and address any site-related issues.
- Monitor project progress, inspect completed works, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Review and validate work completion for payment approvals, ensuring accurate billing and documentation.
- Maintain records of project status, material deliveries, and workforce performance.
- Conduct regular site meetings with client to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, permits, and project guidelines.
- Collaborate with the design and planning teams to resolve construction-related issues.
- Report on project milestones, potential delays, and required corrective actions to management.
- Ensure proper implementation of concrete structure design and verify that structural elements are executed as per the approved plans and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5 years of experience in construction site management and supervision.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Good knowledge of concrete structure design and its application in construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
