- Assess MEP design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
- Prepare and review the scope of work for MEP-related projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate across disciplines like HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and electrical services.
- Integrate various service networks (e.g., drainage, water supply, electrical, communication lines)
- Work independently to oversee, monitor, and control multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Familiarity with regional authority regulations (e.g., SEWA, DEWA, Civil Defense) to ensure projects meet legal and safety standards
- Use engineering software like AutoCAD to review designs and assist in estimation and planning tasks.
- Prepare detailed project reports for management decision-making.
- Conduct budgetary cost estimation and define the scope of future jobs.
- Perform inspections of MEP installations and ensure systems are functional and compliant with operation permits.
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems design.
