Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise mechanical installations on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project alignment and execution.
Review and approve mechanical shop drawings and submittals.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during construction.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status and any challenges faced.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
+5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
