Responsibilities:
Develop and implement site finishing plans, including schedules, budgets, and manpower requirements.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the site finishing work aligns with the overall project requirements.
Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment needed for the site finishing work.
Manage and supervise a team of site finishing technicians and laborers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Monitor and inspect the site finishing work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the site finishing process.
Coordinate with other trades and disciplines to ensure seamless integration of the site finishing work with the overall project.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, work orders, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in site finishing work, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of site finishing techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
