· Knowledge and background in Information Technology.
· Ability to utilize IT knowledge in planning and executing necessary solutions.
· Produce fully functional programs writing clean, testable codes.
· Integrate back-end data.
· Upgrade and repair existing programs
· Perform periodical tests and debugging to maximize program efficiency
· Suggest new features to improve program navigation and operation
· Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and web application development
· Ensures automation of Collection and other Collection Related Systems.
Analyzes, designs, programs and maintains Information Systems and peripherals
Collects and analyzes data in order to develop logical solutions to complex computer application problems
Sees to any additional request made by Division Head, Executive or Manager
