Identify and expect any technical error and try to figure errors in the machine before it occurs.
Follow up on spare parts availability.
Create a daily report with spare parts availability.
Revise the daily checklist with the technicians.
Responds to calls for emergency repairs.
Provide engineering support to other departments as they require it.
Ensure that existing product lines are maintained at a specified level
Improve productivity, quality, and safety.
Ensure that safe working conditions are enforced.
Act quickly to make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction.
