The Electrical Engineer position is a senior position reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager; S/he is required to organize and manage all the Electrical operations in the building In this position, the Electrical Engineer shall play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of the Electrical systems.This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Sunday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, this position might involve staying afterhours when necessary.Electrical Engineer Job Responsibilities:
1. Designing and overseeing the installation of electrical systems in buildings.
2. Prepares product reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
3. Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
4. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
5. Maintains product data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
6. Training and guiding technicians.
7. Agreeing project specifications, budgets and timescales
8. Providing full design Solutions for electronic devices implementation in buildings.
9. Participating in selecting the best types of electronic devices to be implemented in the buildings.
10. Making the annual sustainable maintenance plans for the delivered buildings.
11. Working on high/low voltage, telecommunications, fire alarm, and security systems.
12. co-ordinate fire alarm testing.
13. Perform any required job of his/her direct manager.
