1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Description):
- Review Electrical Design & shop drawings for projects.
- Study and deliver the scope of work (SOW) and technical specifications of the project
- Liaise with client and client organization to ensure delivery of projects to client satisfaction
- Assist the Project Manager as directed with project information.
- Review IFC (issued for construction) drawings upon request of Client.
- Monitor the progress of contractors and suppliers involved in all time-bound project elements ensuring strict adherence to approved standards. Take appropriate corrective actions whenever significant variations are identified.
- Contribute and coordinate Construction Project Management / Supervision activities ensuring that client interests are fully protected and optimized.
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of construction activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service.
- Ensure that the projects are constructed according to Scope of Work (SOW), Drawings & Technical Specifications of the Construction contracts.
