Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines, focusing on both mechanical and electrical components.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens-controlled systems.
Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the CNC machines operate efficiently and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to plan and implement maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during maintenance tasks.
Assist in the installation, testing, and calibration of new equipment.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance of CNC machines, with expertise in Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens systems.
Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
