Supervise and execute mechanical works related to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting & irrigation systems according to the instructions of the Project/Department Manager and as per the approved design, plan and schedule.
Coordinate site works with electrical, civil and other fields.
Conduct site testing, commissioning and handing over.
Check and monitor the quality of work.
Check and record the productivity of labors in conjunction with related work schedules.
Prepare weekly progress report as required by Construction Manager and report any site problems accordingly and recommend possible solutions.
